Two way email integration
Trying to send an email to two clients on a case with different names is slow as you have to search for them both separately on the cases view.
We need to be able to select both clients whilst in the case summary and choose a template or compose a case note if required.
It should be possible to send emails to more than just the clients through the system i.e. solicitors, estate agents and even for admin to email or cc the adviser into an email.
Should have the ability to cc other parties (where relevant) onto email sent through the Smartr system i.e. solicitors, brokers, sales negotiator.
Having the ability to pull emails back into Smartr365, or have the replied emails that come from Smartr365 to go back into the system too, like a CC into Smartr365 and also their emails.

We need the functionality to send emails from the system as well as keeping a record of the email thread.

To add to this: I don't mind using MailChimp, but I would like the ability set my own template emails as the defaults for Fact Find invites and case status changes. It is not intuitive to have to cancel the system's default emails, and manually send the MailChimp ones

So mass emails can be sent at a single click, rather than having to individually click each box

I do find the current Smart Email templates to look odd - sometimes our logo is huge on an email, the email signatures have an array of font sizes that don't mix particularly well, and natural spacing of information doesn't exist. I am supportive of using automated emails to inform clients about stages of the journey, but they don't look like professional emails at the moment. This has been mentioned a few times but we don't seem to be doing a lot with this?

You should be able to send emails to customers from within the system and have them saved to the customer contact record.
