  3. When a case is Transferred or Referred to another adviser they don't receive a notification and have to check Case Transfers. Could a notification be triggered for the new adviser to accept or, better still, an e-mail?

  4. When a client uploads documents etc a notificaiton should be sent to the admin as well.
