Potentially create an area on Smartr whereby we can filter through the historical referrals made to the relevant protection adviser. Can then also use the notes section on this to update on any progress, so both the advisor and protection advisor can track this a lot closer.

We are currently live testing a version of custom workflow and tasks and have received some valuable feedback through this process.
We intend to roll this out further to a limited number of firms shortlly.

We are in the design phase of this request. Currently we are looking at integrating Outlook and Gmail.

Currently to send an email to both clients on a joint app you have to search for them separately by name (easy if they have the same surname) then send email.
We need to be able to select both applicants at the same time to send the same email. Also its ridiculous that you can’t choose to email clients from within their own caseAn error occurred while saving the comment Frederick Abayeta commented
It should be possible to send emails to more than just the clients through the system i.e. solicitors, estate agents and even for admin to email or cc the adviser into an email.

Would be great to have the ability, through System Admin, to link Schedule a Call functionality with our own MS Teams account as a firm. This would keep MS meetings automatically saved to outlook diaries and ensure we have full MST meeting functionality i.e. ability to record meetings and store within our own Streams account too.

Would be great if part of the hierarchy within the system could allow firms to assign risk rating and gating against each adviser, to determine if a particular adviser is authorised in only certain areas or if due to stage of development they require an enhanced level of advice checking/supervision. If the system could then link to this i.e. recognise that an adviser requires X% advice checks it would be an exceptional risk mitigation and oversight tool.

Within the case summary screen - it would be very useful to have fields for advisers to record the date of each client meeting (2 x fields preferable) and the mode of each meeting too, with the options reflecting the FCA Directory Persons register i.e. Face to Face, Online or Telephone. With the added ability for this data to be fully reportable via PowerBi
Where a mortgage is being arranged for a member of staff within the business, it would be useful if System Admin could restrict the access to the case in order to add extra protection and avoid too many people having the ability to access personal and sensitive information about a colleague.
