We are currently live testing a version of custom workflow and tasks and have received some valuable feedback through this process.
We intend to roll this out further to a limited number of firms shortlly.
Then wider for all.

E.g. In the settings a section which you can set your remortgage contact date to be automatically pre-set 3 months, 4 months , 6 Months to a year before the remortgage date. Instead of manually updating this to 3 months before.
