- Is there a way we can a Vulnerability section when completing a customer Fact Find and this can pull through to the next sections such as the protection and suitability letter.

Problem with Saving Passport and Employment Information
We are facing an issue when entering the Passport Number and Issuing Country. The system does not allow the client to save the data after these fields are filled. Additionally, at times the system also does not allow entry of current employment details.

Whatsapp intergration and back and forward button for cases
hi two things I would love.
On a case summary having a button that allows me to either send a whattsapp message direct to the client that then auto loads into notes.

- Mark all as read works opposite way and marking all UNREAD

Make the new case info box bigger or when you click outside off the screen it doesnt close - which then needs to be re-entered
