  7. Hi,
    Currently we are doing a remortgage on a mortgage-free property to raise equity for home improvement. Your system is not designed to highlight this properly in the mortgage section and asking for the current outstanding loan amount in order to submit an ENBS. When I put £0 the ENBS comes back with an error. When I put £1 the ENBS goes through and it is working.
    It is just annoying why do I have to put £1 when the clients property is mortgage-free

  8. new mortgage requirement for remortgage application. There must be an option to include new mortgage loan amount. Currently the option on smartr365 is outstanding loan amount. Generally, if client wish to reduce loan with some additional payment.The outstanding loan amount will be different from new loan amount.

Please can you provide the option to turn off emails inviting clients to the HomeBuyer app. Especially when the client has created an account with Smartr365, they are already updated throughout the mortgage/protection process via 365. For that client, HomeBuyer is effectively a duplicate service which confuses them / information overload. I've attached an example, perhaps there could be an alternative email without referencing HomeBuyer?

    And broadly speaking, having control over communications sent to clients is important to us.

  10. I would like to be able to create and download distribution lists using a variety of parameters to assist in creating mailshots etc. I understand I can currently request this data from Smartr but I'd rather have the ability to do it myself, make amendments etc.

    Could you please design your system is a way that it won't ask unrelated questions:

    I am working on a mortgage case where the property is mortgage free and we are raising equity. When I select at the mortgage section that it is a remortgage, the system assumes that the client has a mortgage already and asking me to put a figure in when I am submitting the ENBS otherwise leaving this blank it won't let me submit the ENBS.
    I think the best solution would be to create an option as Remortgage-unencumbered property to raise capital so…

  12. On the existing properties page, I would like to see a summary of the portfolio without having to click into each property individually. When submitting any case where the applicants own more than 1 property we are required to provide details of the portfolio i.e mortgage balances outstanding, value of the properties, mortgage liabilities and rental income. So being able to see all of those figures, and a total at the bottom of the screen would significantly increase the time it takes me to submit cases.

  14. When an admin assistant sends an email, system generated or not include a footer that mentions that the email was sent by the admin on behalf of the adviser.

    E.g.
    Many thanks,

  16. Solar panel questions are coming up more regularly now when seeking lenders, it would be ideal to have a couple of questions on solar panels in the property section of the factfind, e.g Does your home have solar panels, if yes are they leased or owned, are they certified etc
