add 'not applicable' to Constituent Country
Have an option for 'not applicable' under 'consituent country'. The reason why is because we deal with lots of expats and applicants living overseas. Therfeore if I accidently click England for example its then stuch there and I have no way of removing it, even if the applicant is living in Japan.

Save Estate Agents and their information as part of a dropdown selection - similar to the way it currently works for new solicitors that are added onto a case.
This will make it easier and save time if an input estate agent is the same on multiple different cases rather than having to key it in manually each time

Type of the Purchase drop down options are too specific or may need more guidance on what each is
EG On many lender systems, “local authority purchase” usually just means you’re buying directly from a council or other public body rather than from a private seller. So examples of accepted descriptions are:
Purchase – Local Authority
Right to Buy Purchase
Sitting Tenant Purchase
Council Property PurchaseThose are the kinds of phrases you’d normally see.

Client portal - the seller option in the drop down are too specific for a client to understand.
The seller drop down option in the FF need to be more generic or with a description, E.G. normal seller is a person to person sale. Builder developers is a new build etc.

Remortgage an unencumbered property
Dear Team,
Could you please design your system is a way that it won't ask unrelated questions:
I am working on a mortgage case where the property is mortgage free and we are raising equity. When I select at the mortgage section that it is a remortgage, the system assumes that the client has a mortgage already and asking me to put a figure in when I am submitting the ENBS otherwise leaving this blank it won't let me submit the ENBS.
I think the best solution would be to create an option as Remortgage-unencumbered property to raise capital so…7 votes -
Add option for Self-build in the additional product type field within the Mortgage information section on a case
self-build mortgage is a type of home loan designed for people who are building their own property, rather than buying an already-built home from a developer - it would be great to have this option under additional product type within Smartr365 as advisers tend to come across cases which fall under this category

Improve Workflow screen layout
On the workflow screen, we should be able to minimise the dropdown options at the top as it takes up too much screen space. It would be more useful to see more cases in the status lists below. Thanks

Having a total for the credit commitments , that is seperate form the disposable out goings
this way i can see a fast total of how much credit they have outstanding.

Summaries in Credit commitment sections
A total summary at the bottom of the credit commitments section. When we calculate the affordability on mortgages, we will usually be asked for 1) total credit card balance and 2) total monthly payments on loans/HPPs. Therefore it would be great in the commitment section if, below the 'amount standing' and 'monthly payment' fields, there was a field that said the total amount for each. This would save us having to get a calculator out and adding up all of the commitments together. thanks
