Affordabilty Assessment within Smartr - Mortgage Broker Tools
Build in an Affordabilty Assessment into Smartr so I can complete the fact find and at the end of it will be instantly able to provide the client with how much lenders will lend them based off there circumstances. I personally use Mortgage Broker Tools as I find it the most comprehensive and accurate therefore end up dual keying the information which I would like to avoid

CASE ID
It would be very helpful to have the case ID on the homepages/cases so we can select the correct case rather than searching through the drop downs, especially when the clients have various properties and protection cover.

Adding email files and a section with lender updates to the document section.

When we send the Fact Find document, we can amend/edit it to make it more personable.
To change the automated message for the Fact Find invite or make it editable.

I want to add ‘Offer Issue Date’ as a mandatory field using Create Your Workflow. It doesn’t current appear under ‘Select Fields’ though as below.

Include Additional Business Protection Types
There are two business protection cover types that we deal with that are not included on the drop down list in the benefits section: Executive Income Protection, Business Private Medical Insurance.
On the business product options there is a further option that needs to be added which is called executive income protection. It is an income protection set-up though a limited company for employees. I quote for this a lot and needed to add one the other day but had to put it down as personal income protection, but it isn’t that product.

Currently there is no way to mark a mortgage as equity release and therefore will not need to be remortgaged or transferred in future.

Automatic notifications when clients upload documents - better to be notified every time rather then when a client chooses to

Distribution List
I would like to be able to create and download distribution lists using a variety of parameters to assist in creating mailshots etc. I understand I can currently request this data from Smartr but I'd rather have the ability to do it myself, make amendments etc.

Add solicitor's address in "Solicitor & Agent Information" section of Smartr!
Display solicitor's address in the mortgage - Solicitor & Agent Information section of Smartr! Very inconvenient that we can only see the full address of the solicitor when going into settings. Please action this asap.

Referral Commission Field
A field is required to capture commission that originates from referrals. It would be useful if there was a drop down menu to select what service the referral was for: Survey, Specialist Property Report, Wills, EPC, Lease Extension, ILA, other. The commission needs to feed into the reporting.
We cannot use the existing Miscellaneous Fee field for this as we already use it for our broker/adviser fees which are always split for payment on application and then on offer.

Documents
Documents available on all cases/opportunities. When clients have multiple properties, finding documents can be difficult. Would also be a good option to have a box available, to confirm we have ID on file for that client. Could also have the expiry date available.
