expenditure should open in full automatically
Expenditure should open automatically to be filled out. Im completing this on behalf of a client and was unclear where to add student loan. The majority of people wil need to add expenditure of some sort so having it launch in full would avoid any confusion or missed sections

Thanks for your feedback. Client side fact find has removed the question about if a client has expenditure and the form opens in full.
