    Needs to include Record whether a client has ever smoked, plus the month/year they last smoked as solution builder now needs this information
    SolutionBuilder to help deliver even greater accuracy and clarity at quote stage.
    You can now capture clients’ smoking history and - where providers support it - have this information passed directly into their quote calculations. This update helps deliver more precise premiums, improved transparency, and fewer surprises later in the journey.

  2. Ability to lock protection fact find to clients post application

    We need to ensure the Protection Fact Find is not able to be edited by the client(s) post insurance product application. Currently they are able to amend their information which is leading to potential compliance issues.
