  1. Can we set up automated email chasers for clients to complete the Fact Find? In my opinion, these should be sent every 24 hours until the Fact Find has been completed.

  3. When we receive our data extract, it has all of the logs from all fact finds ever entered or change in Smartr365 for that applicant. Is it possible to have this log in Smartr365, or have an auto download in pre offer processing? This is so if the fact find changes when the clients some back , we dont loose the original copy if we have not saved it the first time.
