Add the new field: "Date of name change"
I'm just doing an application for Pepper Money and they ask a typical question: "Has the applicant ever been known by another name in the last 6 years".
However the Smartr365 fact find does not contain this information.
I know my married client has a maiden name, but Smartr does not ask when they changed their name.

We have added a section to the Personal details area which includes previous name and details for when the change was made.
