Deceased Option in Fact Find
Deceased button on clients- rather than having to leave a note to avoid awkward conversations with partners/ 2nd applicants

Why has this been declined and archived? It is so important - especially as the notes section does not carry on to new cases!! The longer we use the system the more important it becomes. as most people die and our memory cannot remember everything.

Add a DO NOT CONTACT tickbox to clients that automatically removes them from any automated email and freezes their marketing preferences (assuming that's implemented). We have a number of deceased clients and there is currently no way of dealing with this.

we need this urgently so we can see deceased clients so we can then speak to the partner in the correct way
