Demands and Needs as an option forCreating your work flow.
Is there a way to extend this so that anything can be made mandatory, for example options from the Demands and Needs section being made mandatory before a case can be moved to pre or post offer stage? Advisers sometimes forget to complete this section before passing to their case manager for application.

Can you add something where once the mortgage is completed it triggers an annual review so we can catch-up with the client on an annual basis.

To Do List
It would be handy to have a separate tab as a "to do list" where in the case you have a drop down for each milestone where you can then add a note and a reminder date. This then goes into the "to do list" with the case name and you then go in and complete the case, change the due date or move it back or forth to different milestones.

Create an Automated Protection Review Task/Reminder
Like with mortgages, it would be good if once protection has been completed an automated review task / case could be created for a review in the future

Smartr ' Mortgage offer expiry date' reminder
Smartr document store currently has an Expiry date tab for each document that is uploaded, which is great but majority of the time is missed if an advisor/administrator has a big pipeline and there is one important document that will have a negative impact on processing if the expiry date is missed, this is the mortgage offer document. The idea would be to implement a reminder function, about 1 month before a document expires, that gets sent to the advisors/administrators email, this will leave enough time to ensure that the document gets renewed/extended or appropriate action is taken well in…

Completed cases stay showing in the Kanban until proc fee is marked as paid
As soon as we mark a case complete it disappears from the kanban view. It would be ideal if it stayed in the completed stage until we mark the proc fee as paid. This would allow advisors to keep track of any outstanding procs

Ability to see how long a case has been at a particular stage
It would be useful to have either the date a case was moved into a particular stage on the Kanban or a day ticker to show how many days have passed since case moved into particular stage. This would help with prioritising cases and following up with lenders / solicitors at various stages if this info was available at a glance on the Kanban

Additional stages in the Kanban
There needs to be some extra stages in the Kanban, for instance not every case moves to DIP after a meeting but it doesn't need to stay in the 'meeting section' an additional stage like 'Future opportunity' would be great for storing clients who you have conducted an initial appointment with but are not ready to proceed.
Kanban needs extra status before DIP to check the document store has all documents attached or extra status/swim lane in-between Meeting and before DIP.
As the advisors may have had the meeting and is waiting on the clients, however admin cannot differentiate.21 votes -

Case Requirements Box - Document Checklist
When we set up a new case, and we know what the case documents will be, it woudl be really good for a pop-up box (or on the documents page) for the case requirements to be listed, and make it easy for clients to upload the required documents. So if we know we will need the last 3 months payslips, why don't we have the option to specifically request '3' payslips.
Ability to add a list of requested documents and auto add certain docs like IDD

Display kanban by case not client
When you look at the Kanban, it looks a lot busier than necessary as each client is listed, not each mortgage application. So on a joint application, both applicants are listed for the one record.
Ideally it should be per mortgage, that would make sense for all of us monitoring applications - not individual clients.
