Being able to upload .MSG to the document store
As if an advisor leaves the company, you will loose al record of email communications and it would be great if we could pull these into Smarr365 so we can safeguard ourselves going forward.

Agree with the enhancement which would be a valuable addition. Currently you cannot add document attachments to an email note in Smartr so the only workaround is to send via email outside Smartr which cannot currently be uploaded to create an audit trail. Although the email could be saved as a pdf this is additional work for a user and an easy way is required to upload email messages

If you have the means to 'print to pdf', you could then upload the email

It would be very helpful if we could just frag and drop emails directly into the document store as a file type that is accepted.
