    Currently you cannot quote Income Protection for a House Person as their Employment status must be a House Person to integrate and the status cannot be amended in SolutionBuilder.
    If select as Employed and select an Occupation of House Person an income is required which is not applicable and could affect quoted benefits

    Smartr currently treats all Consumer BTLs which is incorrect.
    The current questions should be re-ordered so that the first question is whether the BTL is Consumer or Business and then if it is regulated.
    These questions will still need to map correctly to Sourcing Brain

    Additional feedback provided by a few firms to include this feature to assist with remortgage emails where limited information is available to search for the client and property address would be the main data to use to find the client

    I want to view related/linked case information and their documents in a single view avoiding the need to navigate to different cases
    This applies for Mortgages and protection.
    As an example I recommend 3 protection policies with different providers as part of one advice process. These currently have documents stored in different cases and I want to view these in a single view

    We are currently making changes to the Protection experience in Smartr. This requirement has been approved and planned for later this year.

    The same process applies to new protection cases created and for mortgage cases i.e. to be able to see other properties held in all applicants names linked to the case
