    The option to pin important notes to save information getting lost in the notes section

  2. Notes should change when switching between a mortgage, protection or home insurance case.

    As sometimes if you open a clients mortgage and open the notes, but then need to make notes on the protection policy and change into the protection side, the notes stay on the mortgage notes, which can mean sometimes notes are added to the wrong notes section as it doesn't automatically update to the correct policy the page is on.

    Being able to have notes attached to client rather than cases

    Give option to Make Tasks & Notes visible across all customer record and not specifically just 1 case

  4. Tasks have no option to add any auditable subsequent notes. Please add a feature where we can update the task with notes

    When a task is made you can only 'Edit' the existing description and not add any new task notes. Please add the feature to add new notes so we have an audit trail of what was done for the case, at what time & date and by which user.

    This will give us a much better record to refer to if needed when speaking client our clients or if needing to refer back to conversations with lenders etc.

  5. Increase character limit for the notes

    Sometimes we have to copy and paste a large amount of text, having a large character limit woudl help this please!

    Separate notes into each section of the fact find. That way it is easier to find relevant notes and easier when doing SRs.

  7. reverting the most recent update , of changing the notes button to a tick and into tasks. rather than it saying notes& into the notes sectio

  8. Emails from Valuation & Offer / Update Emails are not showing in Notes

    When you change the status of an application to 'Post Offer' a box appears as an email update to the client, which is pre-populated. We have the option to change this text and send the email. However, the body of the email does not show in the Notes - all is states is 'Email sent to XXXXXX on (04/04/2024) at (11:35)' which means we have to copy and paste the email sent from 365 into 365.

  9. Notes to remind you to save , if not saved.

    When you type a note in the notes section it does not give you a reminder that you have not saved it? As happens on other parts of the system. Would be useful.

  12. Identify who the note is for: client, solicitor, lender without having to scroll through the whole list

    It's time consuming identifying case notes having to scroll through them all to find a previous case note.
