    This need urgent attention! It's a farce that despite the comments and this being raised years ago, it's not been prioritised. Why bother making small tweaks to the FF, when glaring errors like this exist?

19. Employment history should prompt for last 3 years if only ben in there role for less than this time period, as all lenders require this.

    No, thats isnt true at all. 3 yrs employment history is not required on most applications that I'm aware of.
