  4. Introduce the ability for advisors to customise the pre-set remortgage contact dates. This feature would allow advisors to set a preferred timeframe for all remortgage contact dates relative to the remortgage date.

    By enabling this customisation, aim is to reduce the need for manual adjustments, currently set to 6 months, streamlining the process for advisors.

  5. The fact find asks what the Applicants are knows as, yet, when automated messages are sent by the system, that name is not used. Many people choose not to use their first names so why can't the system address them by the name they prefer?

  6. When generating reports, the dates should be based on the completion date rather than the when the status was changed to completed otherwise it's completely pointless having a completion date tab. This has caused huge problems for us.

  12. Please can you add in HOMEMAKER as a dropdown option for partners/wives/husbands who don't work and are homemakers. The only option is unemployed at the moment is unemplooyed and this is technically not correct as a lender will decline a case where the client is unemployed. Thanks

  19. When in the case summary, at the moment when you click on the case arrow to bring up all cases, none of them show if they have been updated as not proceeding/abandoned. It would help if we could have a notification next to any case that is not proceeding as we have to click into them to see if they are current files.

  20. Please could the self employed sections be updated to reflect what is required by lenders:
    For sole trader the only information required is net profit.
    For LTD company directors it is more complicated: We need Profit (Gross & Net), salary and dividend
    the other fields just complicate and confuse the issue. It is important to add a notes section to the self employed section (why is this missing?) for those times where something else is needed.
