Specified Notes
In the notes section could you add something so we could specify what the not relates to. For example i like to know if the note relates to a solicitor, lender or the customer. I currently write at the beginning of the note CUSTOMER , SOLICITOR or LENDER - so when i am searching my notes i can see the notes i need to but thought it would make it easier if we could tag the note somehow.

In the new mortgage leads, property section, there should be a question about the EPC rating for the property as this is becoming increasingly relevant when sourcing deals.

You should not be able to to Not proceed a case as easily as it happens, human error sometimes means cases are closed accidentally and we sh
You shouldn't be able to Not proceed a case so easily, human error dictates this is sometimes done in error and there is no going back. These cases should have the ability to be reopened (even if an explanation is needed). causes so much work to rekey and sort other stuff in the background - clients sometimes change their mind and if they come back we can't reopen cases
In addition there should be are you sure you want to close this case Yes/ No options as at the moment there is no fail safe.

Required an option to add employer contact number. It is mandatory for Halifax and some other lenders.

Re-ordering Documents
Ability to rearrange order in Doc Store is a nice idea, but does not work! I put the documents in the order I want to see them, fine, but as soon as I add another document or amend the visible toggle it revert to the default setting again! I am having to constantly reset the order to the one I want

solicitor details
i updated the solicitor address a few days ago on 365. today i was doing an app. i needed to enter the solicitors address. 365 shows the name and not the address. so there was no point in updating the system a few days ago. so it would be useful that i can see the solictors address on the system.

Issues with Height and Weight
Why is there an issue every time I add my clients weight in as 10 stone 0 pounds does the application change it to 10 stone 1 pound once its saved!!!

Suitability letter Improvements
When will you finally get the Needs and preferences screens pasted directly into the Suitability letters? The information regarding the rate and lender etc... is already mapped across but why not the additional boxes where we have to duplicate what we write in them and repeat when creating a suitability letter? I dont understand why this still hasnt been done as it would cut down the work required to create a suitability letter.

Complete 'Country' when pulling through from Experian
When pulling through the information from Experian, it automatically fills in the address history. I have found that I am not able to source through eConveyaning as the country is not pulled through and in some cases I have 8 properties to change or delete if not relevant. Please can this be updated or changed?

Add Completion Date to Case List Client account
Would it be possible to add the Completion date to the list of categories shown in the case list/drop down bar at the top of the Case summary screen. This would be helpful when you have clients with multiple cases live and historic. It would make it a lot clearer.
