Multi household for income and expenditure
I would love to see the option to add multi household income and expenses, we have done a couple of JBSP or first mortgages with a guarantor which needs to show income and expenses of 2 households. If we had an option to use the same expenditure sheet but as a multi household this would be easier than adding everything into one. The two households may have very different spending habits and this could help the lenders assess this too.

Having the middle name shown all through the fact find, just incase we have a client who has the same name between clients
like Mohammed Jones , could be the son and father, but we cannot see the different on the fact find as it only shows first and last name.

Emails sent by system to show in notes tab like they used to be.
Bring back the note to confirm what emails have been sent automatically but the system. I chased helpdesk to see where they had gone and received this back .
From speaking with my team, they mentioned that the time to remortgage emails trail may have previously appeared in the notes section but this has not been the case for several months now. Currently on the system there is nowhere where we store a trace of the time to remortgage email that gets sent out, the best (and only current) way to track this would be by checking your own email…

New cases - too easy to lose data input
Stop the way, that if you click anywhere outside the data entry screen when inputing new clients/cases you lose everything and you have to start again. It should stay open and have a next or cancel button.

It is not clear currently whether the adviser should input monthly/annually/quarterly commission or bonus figure in the fields. Also with Commission there is also a difference between regular and guaranteed commission which could also be clarified in this field.

Ongoing Frustrating issue
Hello. we have been facing an ongoing issue accessing clients' dated acknowledgement documents wherein they have acknowledged the documents as i can see in the notifications.
this is a known error to Smartr and I have been contacted by Dayan re this but i am still waiting to hear any resolution or any communication for that matter. this is infuriating as this is affecting our business and increasing our workload and creating a backlog!

For example. I want to schedule an email at pre offer that says XX and is sent 7 days after the status has been updated.
