Add homemaker to drop down box for employment
Please can you add in HOMEMAKER as a dropdown option for partners/wives/husbands who don't work and are homemakers. The only option is unemployed at the moment is unemplooyed and this is technically not correct as a lender will decline a case where the client is unemployed. Thanks

Currently there is no alert for the tasks pending and overdue. It is better to incorporate task alert rather than checking manually.

Case List
Can you look at adding two pieces of information to the CASES list.
1. The case number relevant to that case
2. A drop down box to show the stage the case is at and to be able to move through/search stages from that screen rather than the workflow - i.e. Pre offer stage - Completion etc...1 vote -

dependant's date of birth
Would that be possible to keep the dependant's date of birth on the fact find once the case has been created. Every lender asks for this details and those cases we put on the system 2 years ago and remortgaging now, this data is no longer visible there and it is so very annoying.

Gross/Net Proc Fees
You must have two coloumns in the proc fees. Gross as per the offer, Retention by the Club and the Net Recd. In this way at the end of the year we can see how much retention we have paid to the club/s as many clubs share 50% of the retention at the end of the year.
