Existing Mortgages Update with proc Fees Box
In existing mortgages, there is no option to add the proc fees recd. We are forced to put a renewal date in future. As an adviser we would like to put into the CRM everything from past to present and to future. Please update your software accordingly.

Refer a case from within the case itself
For example, to refer a protection case for an existing mortgage client, you first need to access the mortgage case, add a new protection policy, navigate back to the cases screen, identify the correct new product from the list, then click the three dots and refer.
It would be much easier if you could simply add the new policy, access it, and click a refer button within the case summary screen to refer it to another adviser.

Retirement can be Primary Employment
Where an applicant is retired, it should be possible to 'flag' this as 'Primary Employment'

tasks filter + priorities
Filters in tasks stays after navigating away, but they doesn't apply in reality.
For example I have chosen myself and another employee, but after navigating back it still shows 2 filters, but 0 tasks (I have 0 tasks for today, while another employee filtered still got tasks for today)Also, doesn't seem from my end to see any way to set priorities (or I haven't found it yet)

ADD Label to show if a commitment is to be redeemed on completion
COMMITMENTS
Distinguish credit commitments that have been marked on file as to be redeemed on completion to those that are to remain
An Option would be to colour code or add a tick box to be redeemedPresently the only way to determine is to keep going in and out of the commitments which is frustrating and time consuming

Suitability letter
When making amendments to the suitability letter, we are unable to go back and undo mistakes. Which means we have to start again from the beginning if it hasn't been saved. Or if saved unable to undo something.

Employer benefits within the protection section
Employer benefits within the protection section as existing policy. When using the Protection tab/section currently there is no field for adding employer benefits such as death in service or sick pay. There is a section to add this in the client fact find under income however it would be useful if this could be synchronised to a new field under existing policies in the protection section so one can have an overview of client’s total existing cover all in one place.

TOB option under Compliance Documents

Breakdown of monthly expenditure in Financial Overview screen
Please can a breakdown of the figures used to make up the 'expenditure monthly' on the Financial Overview screen be provided as it's very difficult to work out how it has been arrived at. Is the ground rent and service charge on a let property included???
It seems to be double counting pension contributions (as they are often already deducted at source, but may still be listed in the pensions section by the client).2 votes -
Populate employment history tab with data held in current employment if there is a notification of job change to avoid need for double keyin

Acknowledgement document confirmation
It would be helpful to be able to download a hard copy of documents with confirmation of the date and time of the clients acknowledgement.
