Adviser/Introducer
Hi
I deal with the finances for my company and something that I would find useful is on the preview screen when you search for a customer, it comes up with Introducer (Negotiator) but doesn't show the adviser dealing with the case.It is very often the same person, but on occasion it isn't so I have to click in to each one to check who the adviser is on a case before paying them.
I would find it useful if the adviser was listed either instead of or in addition to the Introducer on the preview page.

The Time Out time when we have to log in is to short it needs to be extended. I don't leave my desk all day, but I feel I am constantly having to log in

Improve Error Message
When trying to Transfer a Protection case, the error message isn't clear that you need to Refer, and makes it seem like the error lies with the user's role(s). Smartr365 should either have one option for transfering all cases (regarless of Mortgage or Protection) or reword the error message to make expected action more clear.

Include 'Valuation Reports' in Document Type Drop-Down
There is no option for 'Valuation Reports' and 'EPCs'. These documents need to be stored as 'Other' but they should be included as drop-down options.

Select all buttons
Can we have some select all buttons please. It would be really useful on the document store to be able to press select all and on the notifications screen to be able to mark all as read

Stop automated cases opening up after completion
As you know when you complete a case, an automatic re-mortgage case is opened for future use.
We feel that this is causing confusion on our clients files as the re-mortgage for this case could be somewhere between 2-5 years. During that time, we could do a number of different transactions for clients (2nd purchase, BTL, etc) and again this causes confusion as to which case to open or which ones are completed as it is not always clear.
We wonder if this case automation could be switched off so that the advisors can open up a new case if…1 vote -
Letting agent details for BTL Remortgage
Buy to let remortgage applications. There is nowhere to enter the letting agents details, yet we need this information for ALL BTL remortgage applications

Remortgage Date
The date created should be 6 months before the remortgage due date for the new opportunity (case should be visible on the date it is created, i.e 6 months prior to the remortgage due date). As current created date is when the completed case was completed.

Option to include council tax in Budget Planner
I have been working on a client with a few buy to lets and cant understand why it asks about the council tax on these cases.
The system counts this cost on the affordability but clearly this is not their expense. There should be a choice on each case whether you want it included in the budget planner.
If it is to be included like the mortgage cost in this day and age it should automatically be pulled through to show on the outgoings page

Home Insurance Should Not be Under Protection Heading
Home Insurance comes under the protection heading when adding a new client which is mis leading to clients as it's not Protection, it's GI and in a long way round affects how I pitch my clients.

Additional Information Needed in Experian Credit Files
The Experian Credit File needs to include:
CCJs / dates of CCJs / CCJ payments / How much CCJs are for / Who CCJs are with / details of any defaults (who with and when)
* Plus the same for any bankruptcies.This information is included in credit files direct from Experian and from other providers.

Change 'Completion of Remortgage Date' label to 'Completion Date'.
The completion date for a purchase is labelled "Completion Date" but for remortgage products, it's labelled "Completion of Remortgage Date" This refers to the date of completion for the current product, but because the labelling is different and somewhat misleading, and could be interpreted as the expected completion date for the future remortgage.
This has a knock on effect for reporting.

Colour coding on Mortgage cases- to help define what is NPW, on going and in flight and Remo opprtunity waiting to be actioned.
When you search for a case, it is very confusing because unless the status is ”not proceeding” then all of the status’s are in green.
So takes some figuring out which is the current one, especially if a remortgage date has been entered before the existing one has completed, as it creates a further lead and puts it in green and then even more if there are insurances also.
Don’t know if this has been mention before, but could they colour coordinate them maybe, the ongoing ones as green – completed, Orange for Remo waiting to happen and red as…13 votes -
Limited company Improvements
- Limited company name showing searchable on the search bar. -Also Limited company name appears in Kanban or next to client name. When lenders correspond with us, they use limited company name 100% of the time, so at the moment we would need to go into a case to find out that it was limited company. If we can have it appear next to the client name it would be massive help for us.

Integrate within firms own MS Teams
Would be great to have the ability, through System Admin, to link Schedule a Call functionality with our own MS Teams account as a firm. This would keep MS meetings automatically saved to outlook diaries and ensure we have full MST meeting functionality i.e. ability to record meetings and store within our own Streams account too.
