tasks filter + priorities
Filters in tasks stays after navigating away, but they doesn't apply in reality.
For example I have chosen myself and another employee, but after navigating back it still shows 2 filters, but 0 tasks (I have 0 tasks for today, while another employee filtered still got tasks for today)Also, doesn't seem from my end to see any way to set priorities (or I haven't found it yet)

ADD Label to show if a commitment is to be redeemed on completion
COMMITMENTS
Distinguish credit commitments that have been marked on file as to be redeemed on completion to those that are to remain
An Option would be to colour code or add a tick box to be redeemedPresently the only way to determine is to keep going in and out of the commitments which is frustrating and time consuming

Suitability letter
When making amendments to the suitability letter, we are unable to go back and undo mistakes. Which means we have to start again from the beginning if it hasn't been saved. Or if saved unable to undo something.

Employer benefits within the protection section
Employer benefits within the protection section as existing policy. When using the Protection tab/section currently there is no field for adding employer benefits such as death in service or sick pay. There is a section to add this in the client fact find under income however it would be useful if this could be synchronised to a new field under existing policies in the protection section so one can have an overview of client’s total existing cover all in one place.

Add TOB option to Compliance documents under Document store. As we have to manually add the TOB would be great to have that option there to easily identify the document.

Breakdown of monthly expenditure in Financial Overview screen
Please can a breakdown of the figures used to make up the 'expenditure monthly' on the Financial Overview screen be provided as it's very difficult to work out how it has been arrived at. Is the ground rent and service charge on a let property included???
It seems to be double counting pension contributions (as they are often already deducted at source, but may still be listed in the pensions section by the client).2 votes -

when a customer notifies of a new job, offer the option to make previous employment captured to be recorded under employment history.

It would be helpful to be able to download a hard copy of documents with confirmation of the date and time of the clients acknowledgement.

fixed term contract questions
fixed term contract questions - these ask how long, rather than when, which is not helpful as 'how long' will change each month and the Fact find will therefore be incorrect a month after it was completed.
It would be better to ask what date previous and current contract started and ended/is due to end, as those dates won't change.3 votes -
Savings/emergency fund
The customer fact find question reads 'Total amount of readily accessible savings (after deposit) for emergency fund'. On the fact find that we see it just reads 'savings', which is something completely different. Please update so we can see the question asked of the customer.

Change Mortgage info layout back to before
Not a fan of the new way the mortgages are laid out and we fill out the info (Mortgage size etc, sols). The previous layout system was much better, this new one flicks about too much between different aspects. No clear route
