Thanks for your feedback on the Fact Find.
We have improved Save options on the Fact Find so that if you navigate away, Smartr365 will ask you if you want to Save or Discard changes.

The Save button serve no function except that sits easy to forget. I agree, should be auto save.

When I am keying a factfind, I find myself saving over and over as there is no way of knowing from a glance if I have already saved a screen. Particularly when doing a joint fact find. Ill enter 1 and save then enter 2 and save and I can never remember if I had already saved 1. Having a visual prompt might be useful.
