Thanks for your feedback, 


There is now a field for 'As Known As' where you can store a nickname or preferred name for each client. With the release of the new Summary screen, we have show this in Applicants section if an 'As Known As' name as been entered. Now no matter your clients preference, Bob, Bobby or Robert, we got you covered!

    Also salutation - how you want to address a letter or email

    add a field for each applicant and call it 'Known as' this will allow us to ensure our email templates can address the clients salutation correctly. e.g. My clients name is Nicholas but he is known as Nick.
