Add option for Unencumbered properties
Can we have an option for unenecumbered properties. At the moment, I have to add £1 into the 'existing balance' section if I am creating a case for a new mortgage.

As of now we have to put at least £1 in the mortgage amount outstanding and this disrupts figures.
We can make notes on the case but these notes are not shown in the reporting or when submitted to the lender.
