individual background properties not showing under other applicant
For clients with individual properties in the background, they do not show up when you search for one applicant only (you can only search/select one applicant).
I.E. If you search/select for one client on a joint case, you select the case (a new joint mortgage), the fact find shows as all joint inputs, however when you go into the existing property tab only properties for that applicant you searched for will show. NO existing properties show for the second applicant. they will only show if you go back in and search under the 2nd applicants name - and then app 1's existing property details do not show.
This is absolutely ridiculous as when your admin looks at the case or if you go back into it then you are missing properties for one of the applicants.
The only way is to select that both applicants own these properties and add in notes but then when the remortgage comes up all the details are wrong!!!
I understand for GDPR but this is over the top when they are buying together as they would know about previous properties or at least keep the other applicants property blank if that client logs in.
Advisers/Admin should be able to see ALL properties in the background.
I SUGGEST THAT ADVISERS/ADMIN CAN SEE THESE BUT THEY ARE LEFT BLANK FOR THE CLIENTS WHEN THEY LOG IN. THIS WAY GDPR IS MET.

Agree this is completely ridiculous and sets us up for all sorts of problems.
