Consumer BTL
The fact find needs to identify if a BTL property is Business BTL or Consumer BTL otherwise the sourcing could be incorrect.

Smartr currently treats all Consumer BTLs which is incorrect.
The current questions should be re-ordered so that the first question is whether the BTL is Consumer or Business and then if it is regulated.
These questions will still need to map correctly to Sourcing Brain
