Move the two Will and Power of attorney questions from the Protection fact-find in to a separate sub-section in the applicant details section of the fact-find. This is a fundamental request as part of following Consumer Duty as it is not always a case where you have a protection case but may still need to record the client's will and power of attorney on a Mortgage case
