The Bell at the top right of the portal need a select all
When you have to separate client’s husband and wife I often get about 10 notifications that I have to manually open to close them off and if I have 3 sets of couples overnight this becomes a big task
A select all button with the option to tick read for all would solve this

Notification when a task is set for someone, via email or a red dot new to the task, to bring it to the advisers attention.

New Leads From QR Codes need to have a notification
When someone scans the QR codes and they fill in the 6 questions to be submitted to the advisor to qualify the client before they are added into the Kanban. There is no notification to let the advisor know. Needs to be an email or wee red dot next to leads when there is a new lead in Smartr365.

Notification for Case Transfers
When a case is Transferred or Referred to another adviser they don't receive a notification and have to check Case Transfers. Could a notification be triggered for the new adviser to accept or, better still, an e-mail?

When a client uploads documents etc a notificaiton should be sent to the admin as well.
