Please add this ! the number of times I have to sit and manually adjust the mortgage amount if the deposit changes etc is legion. Also allow for LTV input which will calc out the correct deposit.
You can be searching for a 80.75% LTV intstead of being able to see this upfront. Yes I know you will see it on the sourcing but that can then create a mismatch if its not correct in Smartr.
