Referral Commission Field
A field is required to capture commission that originates from referrals. It would be useful if there was a drop down menu to select what service the referral was for: Survey, Specialist Property Report, Wills, EPC, Lease Extension, ILA, other. The commission needs to feed into the reporting.
We cannot use the existing Miscellaneous Fee field for this as we already use it for our broker/adviser fees which are always split for payment on application and then on offer.
The field will need a date paid box as per other fee fields.2 votes -
Admin Assistant email signature
When an admin assistant sends an email, system generated or not include a footer that mentions that the email was sent by the admin on behalf of the adviser.

Documents
Documents available on all cases/opportunities. When clients have multiple properties, finding documents can be difficult. Would also be a good option to have a box available, to confirm we have ID on file for that client. Could also have the expiry date available.

Adviser/Introducer
Hi
I deal with the finances for my company and something that I would find useful is on the preview screen when you search for a customer, it comes up with Introducer (Negotiator) but doesn't show the adviser dealing with the case.It is very often the same person, but on occasion it isn't so I have to click in to each one to check who the adviser is on a case before paying them.
I would find it useful if the adviser was listed either instead of or in addition to the Introducer on the preview page.

Contract Workers
Please could an option for Contract Workers be added to the Fact Find with a box for when the contract started and will end and also a sub heading drop down for if the client is an employed contractor or self employed contractor.

Pull existing property expense data through to client outgoings
Mortgage and Council Tax data from the "Existing Property" fields of the factfind are not being pulled through to the clients outgoings, resulting in re-keying data.

Group Deleted Documents in Doc Store
Separate deleted documents in the document store into their own group so they don't clutter the view of documents. These documents could come under an expandable label titled "Deleted Documents"

CASE ID
It would be very helpful to have the case ID on the homepages/cases so we can select the correct case rather than searching through the drop downs, especially when the clients have various properties and protection cover.

Can we just search using Surname when adding an existing client to a case rather than having to input email and tel number

Notes details of emails that have gone out via the system need roe detail.
Emails in notes to tell us what email was sent out, not just that an email has gone.

Stop automated cases opening up after completion
As you know when you complete a case, an automatic re-mortgage case is opened for future use.
We feel that this is causing confusion on our clients files as the re-mortgage for this case could be somewhere between 2-5 years. During that time, we could do a number of different transactions for clients (2nd purchase, BTL, etc) and again this causes confusion as to which case to open or which ones are completed as it is not always clear.
We wonder if this case automation could be switched off so that the advisors can open up a new case if…1 vote -

new mortgage requirement for remortgage application. There must be an option to include new mortgage loan amount. Currently the option on smartr365 is outstanding loan amount. Generally, if client wish to reduce loan with some additional payment.The outstanding loan amount will be different from new loan amount.
