  3. Would it be possible for the B&C insurance drop down to show which property the file belongs to?
    I have a landlord with multiple properties that I have arranged policies for & it would be much easier if I could identify each from the drop down.
    I would say I expect the same for any protection written would be useful.

  4. for not proceeding case, it would be useful to have 'NO CONTACT' within the drop down box for 'select a reason'. I have to close leads down where i can no longer get hold of a client and the other options do not really cover this point.

  5. Hello,

    I think it would be a good idea to be able to case search via lender ref, mortgage a/c no and address. We get updates from lenders and solicitors in various different ways including this and it would help find the case quicker and more efficiently.

    When looking for cases when the commission has not been able to be released it would be much easier to search for the correct case to match it with this way too.

Allow all fields within Solicitors section to be fully editable by firm superusers to allow changes to be made such as correcting mistakes, or when solicitors move from one firm to another, change their names, numbers, office locations, email addresses etc. Currently far too restrictive and lacks ability to deal with real-life requirements

  7. When a residential mortgage completes, it now gives you the option to update the clients address to the new property, but this only updates the address on the summary page and not in the Fact Find. It would be useful if this was pulled through to the Fact Find.

  9. The system tutorial is incomplete, for example when going through on the interlife advisor portal, the workflow navigation didnt provide any instruction but indicates that i have completed the walkthrough.

From a paraplanning point of view it would be much quicker and easier if we could see the gross and net income on the front screen without having to click into the employment all the time and scroll. All that blank space underneath “add current employment” is completely wasted when it could contain necessary snapshot information.

    Also, it would also make more sense for the Smartr logo on left hand side, and my name and role, to be at the bottom (I know who you are and I know who I am!) so we don’t have to keep scrolling down…

  12. A field is required to capture commission that originates from referrals. It would be useful if there was a drop down menu to select what service the referral was for: Survey, Specialist Property Report, Wills, EPC, Lease Extension, ILA, other. The commission needs to feed into the reporting.
    We cannot use the existing Miscellaneous Fee field for this as we already use it for our broker/adviser fees which are always split for payment on application and then on offer.
    The field will need a date paid box as per other fee fields.

  13. When an admin assistant sends an email, system generated or not include a footer that mentions that the email was sent by the admin on behalf of the adviser.

    E.g.
    Many thanks,
    John Smith (admin assistant) on behalf of your adviser Jane Doe

  14. Documents available on all cases/opportunities. When clients have multiple properties, finding documents can be difficult. Would also be a good option to have a box available, to confirm we have ID on file for that client. Could also have the expiry date available.

  18. Hi
    I deal with the finances for my company and something that I would find useful is on the preview screen when you search for a customer, it comes up with Introducer (Negotiator) but doesn't show the adviser dealing with the case.

    It is very often the same person, but on occasion it isn't so I have to click in to each one to check who the adviser is on a case before paying them.

    I would find it useful if the adviser was listed either instead of or in addition to the Introducer on the preview page.
