Remo window reduction
Can we please reduce remo notifications to 4 months as 6 months is way too long before and window is not even open for PT's. This way client will receive more accurate notifications.

Multiple Properties to one mortgage case
We would like to be able to add more than 1 property address within a mortgage case.

Property Portfolio
On the existing properties page, I would like to see a summary of the portfolio without having to click into each property individually. When submitting any case where the applicants own more than 1 property we are required to provide details of the portfolio i.e mortgage balances outstanding, value of the properties, mortgage liabilities and rental income. So being able to see all of those figures, and a total at the bottom of the screen would significantly increase the time it takes me to submit cases.

Using applicant's preferred name
The fact find asks what the Applicants are knows as, yet, when automated messages are sent by the system, that name is not used. Many people choose not to use their first names so why can't the system address them by the name they prefer?

Report query
When generating reports, the dates should be based on the completion date rather than the when the status was changed to completed otherwise it's completely pointless having a completion date tab. This has caused huge problems for us.

Customize workflow and tailor it
Ability to add individual workflows in workflow builder for each user rather than have the workflow applied to all users.
Also the ability to have an 'opt in' or out feature of the workflow for users to opt in or out when creating a case

Add homemaker to drop down box for employment
Please can you add in HOMEMAKER as a dropdown option for partners/wives/husbands who don't work and are homemakers. The only option is unemployed at the moment is unemplooyed and this is technically not correct as a lender will decline a case where the client is unemployed. Thanks

Currently there is no alert for the tasks pending and overdue. It is better to incorporate task alert rather than checking manually.

Can you look at adding two pieces of information to the CASES list.
1. The case number relevant to that case
2. A drop down box to show the stage the case is at and to be able to move through/search stages from that screen rather than the workflow - i.e. Pre offer stage - Completion etc...1 vote -

Errors on Smart connect for Halifax
there are some errors on smartr connect for Halifax that need addressing:
For remortgage - the following error is displayed if you state the existing mortgage is to be repaid but id you follow the instructions The existing mortgage if left as outstanding on the Halifax DIP meaning the case is always declined.Details: Existing Mortgage: 'Is this mortgage to be repaid before completion of new mortgage' should be marked as 'No' if you are re-mortgaging this property
Also the child care comitment is not pulled through
