We are currently live testing a version of custom workflow and tasks and have received some valuable feedback through this process.
We intend to roll this out further to a limited number of firms shortlly.

Protection cases shouldnt really be shown as completed they should either be commenced, In force, live, lapsed, cancelled etc not completed. When cases are then on risk/in force/live they should automatically be pulled into existing policies.
