   Why has this been declined and archived? It is so important - especially as the notes section does not carry on to new cases!! The longer we use the system the more important it becomes. as most people die and our memory cannot remember everything.

   Notes and emails should relate to clients not cases (or at least of the option to add to all cases tick box. Especially when you are doing a protection plan on top of a mortgage which can mean 2-5 cases for one transaction/phone call or email.

9. Employment history should prompt for last 3 years if only ben in there role for less than this time period, as all lenders require this.

    I came here to add this. As time goes by this is getting increasingly annoying. Completed protection cases should be like mortgage case are carried over as existing policies in the completed protection cases file.
