  1. When we do a completion we were told that the follow up date needs to read the same as the remortgage contact date when you go to input the follow up date it defaults to the 1st of January of that year and then you have to scroll across to the right month, can this be looked at so we can just copy and paste the remortgage contact date from the bottom to the follow up date

  5. system allowed us to have these sections and was very efficient on the admin side. Otherwise notes can get confusing.

  6. invite button to the portal is for example when sending a Factfind, but this happens at any stage when sending invites to the clients for the portal. It is easy to do by accident and isn’t something that can be taken back.

  8. new mortgage requirement for remortgage application. There must be an option to include new mortgage loan amount. Currently the option on smartr365 is outstanding loan amount. Generally, if client wish to reduce loan with some additional payment.The outstanding loan amount will be different from new loan amount.

Please can you provide the option to turn off emails inviting clients to the HomeBuyer app. Especially when the client has created an account with Smartr365, they are already updated throughout the mortgage/protection process via 365. For that client, HomeBuyer is effectively a duplicate service which confuses them / information overload. I've attached an example, perhaps there could be an alternative email without referencing HomeBuyer?

    And broadly speaking, having control over communications sent to clients is important to us.

From a paraplanning point of view it would be much quicker and easier if we could see the gross and net income on the front screen without having to click into the employment all the time and scroll. All that blank space underneath “add current employment” is completely wasted when it could contain necessary snapshot information.

    Also, it would also make more sense for the Smartr logo on left hand side, and my name and role, to be at the bottom (I know who you are and I know who I am!) so we don’t have to keep scrolling down…

Build in an Affordabilty Assessment into Smartr so I can complete the fact find and at the end of it will be instantly able to provide the client with how much lenders will lend them based off there circumstances. I personally use Mortgage Broker Tools as I find it the most comprehensive and accurate therefore end up dual keying the information which I would like to avoid

  15. It would be very helpful to have the case ID on the homepages/cases so we can select the correct case rather than searching through the drop downs, especially when the clients have various properties and protection cover.
