  1. Not a fan of the new way the mortgages are laid out and we fill out the info (Mortgage size etc, sols). The previous layout system was much better, this new one flicks about too much between different aspects. No clear route

    Add a box to show Y or N to indicate what has been marked to be cleared upon completion and what is to remain

    As it is when there are multiple commitments you have to go in and out every time and this wastes time

  4. Can You please add ability to see details of outgoings and credit commitments by hovering mouse over or ability to read only like in the documents section, it is going to be better than opening and saving every time.

  5. Would it be possible to add the Completion date to the list of categories shown in the case list/drop down bar at the top of the Case summary screen. This would be helpful when you have clients with multiple cases live and historic. It would make it a lot clearer.

  9. Mortgage term to reduce on mortgages. The term currently remains static, so when you key the term it never changes. Could the term be automatically reduced so that in 2 years time the term remaining has reduced by 2 years? Thanks

  11. Please can a breakdown of the figures used to make up the 'expenditure monthly' on the Financial Overview screen be provided as it's very difficult to work out how it has been arrived at. Is the ground rent and service charge on a let property included???
    It seems to be double counting pension contributions (as they are often already deducted at source, but may still be listed in the pensions section by the client).

    Distinguish credit commitments that have been marked on file as to be redeemed on completion to those that are to remain
    An Option would be to colour code or add a tick box to be redeemed

    Presently the only way to determine is to keep going in and out of the commitments which is frustrating and time consuming

  13. Introduce the ability for advisors to customise the pre-set remortgage contact dates. This feature would allow advisors to set a preferred timeframe for all remortgage contact dates relative to the remortgage date.

    By enabling this customisation, aim is to reduce the need for manual adjustments, currently set to 6 months, streamlining the process for advisors.

  15. We need another field where a fee/invoice date/paid date that can be linked to a client for a flat fee that isn't linked to either a mortgage or protection sales. We offer some mortgage-related services and referrals that involve a flat fee being paid and so we need this linked to the client, without having to put a mortgage/protection case live.
