  3. the client can not complete the homebuyer app profile,
    as there is an error requesting the property value to be between £30,000 and £10,000,000

  13. For example, to refer a protection case for an existing mortgage client, you first need to access the mortgage case, add a new protection policy, navigate back to the cases screen, identify the correct new product from the list, then click the three dots and refer.

    It would be much easier if you could simply add the new policy, access it, and click a refer button within the case summary screen to refer it to another adviser.

  14. You shouldn't be able to Not proceed a case so easily, human error dictates this is sometimes done in error and there is no going back. These cases should have the ability to be reopened (even if an explanation is needed). causes so much work to rekey and sort other stuff in the background - clients sometimes change their mind and if they come back we can't reopen cases

    In addition there should be are you sure you want to close this case Yes/ No options as at the moment there is no fail safe.

  15. Ability to rearrange order in Doc Store is a nice idea, but does not work! I put the documents in the order I want to see them, fine, but as soon as I add another document or amend the visible toggle it revert to the default setting again! I am having to constantly reset the order to the one I want

  16. Filters in tasks stays after navigating away, but they doesn't apply in reality.
    For example I have chosen myself and another employee, but after navigating back it still shows 2 filters, but 0 tasks (I have 0 tasks for today, while another employee filtered still got tasks for today)

    Also, doesn't seem from my end to see any way to set priorities (or I haven't found it yet)

  19. When making amendments to the suitability letter, we are unable to go back and undo mistakes. Which means we have to start again from the beginning if it hasn't been saved. Or if saved unable to undo something.
    Having an undo/back button would be great.
