  2. For a Mortgage - please display the solicitor details on the case summary page. This would save the administrator having to go into the case to find the details when chasing mortgage cases. Thank you

  5. When an admin assistant sends an email, system generated or not include a footer that mentions that the email was sent by the admin on behalf of the adviser.

  8. When a new client is referred using the introducer system, an email notification is automatically sent to the adviser so they know immediately that a new client has been introduced and needs to be contacted as soon as possible.

    This matters because speed is everything when dealing with new enquiries. The quicker an adviser makes contact, the better the client experience, the higher the conversion rate, and the stronger the relationship with the introducer.

    Without an instant notification, referrals can sit unnoticed, leading to delays, lost business, and frustration for both the client and the referring partner.

    New mortgage budget (Monthly mortgage budget)

    New Mortgage and Life Protection (Life and Critical assurance, income protection, sickness and redundancy cover) - should be monthly budget allocation

  17. You must have two coloumns in the proc fees. Gross as per the offer, Retention by the Club and the Net Recd. In this way at the end of the year we can see how much retention we have paid to the club/s as many clubs share 50% of the retention at the end of the year.

  20. As most lenders now use ONS figures to pre-populate their application process would it not be a great move to pre-populate the expenditure tab. Other platforms have integrated this and it would really tally in from a compliance point of view
