Add solicitor's address in "Solicitor & Agent Information" section of Smartr!
Display solicitor's address in the mortgage - Solicitor & Agent Information section of Smartr! Very inconvenient that we can only see the full address of the solicitor when going into settings. Please action this asap.

Affordabilty Assessment within Smartr - Mortgage Broker Tools
Build in an Affordabilty Assessment into Smartr so I can complete the fact find and at the end of it will be instantly able to provide the client with how much lenders will lend them based off there circumstances. I personally use Mortgage Broker Tools as I find it the most comprehensive and accurate therefore end up dual keying the information which I would like to avoid

Documents
Documents available on all cases/opportunities. When clients have multiple properties, finding documents can be difficult. Would also be a good option to have a box available, to confirm we have ID on file for that client. Could also have the expiry date available.

Existing cover viewable on both client records
To be able to see all existing cover for clients on a joint case enough if accessed via other applicant.

Time Out time at log in
The Time Out time when we have to log in is to short it needs to be extended. I don't leave my desk all day, but I feel I am constantly having to log in

Remortgage an unencumbered property
Hi,
Currently we are doing a remortgage on a mortgage-free property to raise equity for home improvement. Your system is not designed to highlight this properly in the mortgage section and asking for the current outstanding loan amount in order to submit an ENBS. When I put £0 the ENBS comes back with an error. When I put £1 the ENBS goes through and it is working.
It is just annoying why do I have to put £1 when the clients property is mortgage-free1 vote -

Remortgage opportunities
It would be great if we were able to click on the client's name in this month's remortgage opportunities and it then take us directly to the client's profile. Ideally their summary page

Follow Up Dates
When we do a completion we were told that the follow up date needs to read the same as the remortgage contact date when you go to input the follow up date it defaults to the 1st of January of that year and then you have to scroll across to the right month, can this be looked at so we can just copy and paste the remortgage contact date from the bottom to the follow up date

Separation and Section in the Notes
system allowed us to have these sections and was very efficient on the admin side. Otherwise notes can get confusing.

Fact Find Button is too easy to press by Accident
invite button to the portal is for example when sending a Factfind, but this happens at any stage when sending invites to the clients for the portal. It is easy to do by accident and isn’t something that can be taken back.

We need to access specific reports for our data that we can select the field and the dates required.

FACT FIND improovement
client's age/income etc is not coming up on suitability letter automatically, you can look in to this.
We often get more than 2 applicants' you must design an option to ad up to 4 applicants as minimum.
The Factfind notes- it helps if inword or pdf file rather a csv format.1 vote -
Filter notes to so can remove Automated notes
In the notes Section we need a filter so we can remove the automated notes to just the notes we write. This will make easier to get rid of the auto notes which we dont need to see.
