Could a general note tab be added to the Fact Find?

Add Box to indicate if commitments have been marked as to be cleared on completion
COMMITMENTS
Add a box to show Y or N to indicate what has been marked to be cleared upon completion and what is to remain
As it is when there are multiple commitments you have to go in and out every time and this wastes time

See details of outgoings and commitments by hovering over it.
Can You please add ability to see details of outgoings and credit commitments by hovering mouse over or ability to read only like in the documents section, it is going to be better than opening and saving every time.

Add Completion Date to Case List Client account
Would it be possible to add the Completion date to the list of categories shown in the case list/drop down bar at the top of the Case summary screen. This would be helpful when you have clients with multiple cases live and historic. It would make it a lot clearer.

Allow population between boxed that ask for the same information
IE Offer Expiry date
Council Tax costs

Distinguish credit commitments that have been marked on file as to be redeemed on completion to those that are to remain
An Option would be to colour code or add a tick box to be redeemedPresently the only way to determine is to keep going in and out of the commitments which is frustrating and time consuming

Employer benefits within the protection section
Employer benefits within the protection section as existing policy. When using the Protection tab/section currently there is no field for adding employer benefits such as death in service or sick pay. There is a section to add this in the client fact find under income however it would be useful if this could be synchronised to a new field under existing policies in the protection section so one can have an overview of client’s total existing cover all in one place.

Visa questions should be updated with pre-settled, settled & indefinite leave to remain and expiry dates if applicable..

fixed term contract questions
fixed term contract questions - these ask how long, rather than when, which is not helpful as 'how long' will change each month and the Fact find will therefore be incorrect a month after it was completed.
It would be better to ask what date previous and current contract started and ended/is due to end, as those dates won't change.3 votes -
Savings/emergency fund
The customer fact find question reads 'Total amount of readily accessible savings (after deposit) for emergency fund'. On the fact find that we see it just reads 'savings', which is something completely different. Please update so we can see the question asked of the customer.

Customisable fields- Add Offer Issue date as a mandatory field on the customisable workflow
I want to add ‘Offer Issue Date’ as a mandatory field using Create Your Workflow. It doesn’t current appear under ‘Select Fields’ though as below.

ONS data
As most lenders now use ONS figures to pre-populate their application process would it not be a great move to pre-populate the expenditure tab. Other platforms have integrated this and it would really tally in from a compliance point of view

Affordabilty Assessment within Smartr - Mortgage Broker Tools
Build in an Affordabilty Assessment into Smartr so I can complete the fact find and at the end of it will be instantly able to provide the client with how much lenders will lend them based off there circumstances. I personally use Mortgage Broker Tools as I find it the most comprehensive and accurate therefore end up dual keying the information which I would like to avoid

Existing cover viewable on both client records
To be able to see all existing cover for clients on a joint case enough if accessed via other applicant.

Can we just search using Surname when adding an existing client to a case rather than having to input email and tel number

Include a Lender Spread Report
It would be good to see a clear lender spread and percentage of 2 year / 4 year deals etc. per adviser.

Select Different Buyer Type for Applicants on Joint Case
(First Time buyers, home-movers etc) – the Smartr system only allows you to put one status for both but in our case both individuals were different. One was a home-mover and the other was a first time buyer.
When it went into the Accord system the options were greyed out and we were unable to change this.
- In Smartr we put in ‘Purchase’ but we couldn’t differentiate between both applicants
- In Accord system – it came up as ‘Borrower with another lender’ which they are not – and we could not change this.
