  3. Build in an Affordabilty Assessment into Smartr so I can complete the fact find and at the end of it will be instantly able to provide the client with how much lenders will lend them based off there circumstances. I personally use Mortgage Broker Tools as I find it the most comprehensive and accurate therefore end up dual keying the information which I would like to avoid

  8. (First Time buyers, home-movers etc) – the Smartr system only allows you to put one status for both but in our case both individuals were different. One was a home-mover and the other was a first time buyer.
    When it went into the Accord system the options were greyed out and we were unable to change this.
    - In Smartr we put in ‘Purchase’ but we couldn’t differentiate between both applicants
    - In Accord system – it came up as ‘Borrower with another lender’ which they are not – and we could not change this.

  14. On the existing properties page, I would like to see a summary of the portfolio without having to click into each property individually. When submitting any case where the applicants own more than 1 property we are required to provide details of the portfolio i.e mortgage balances outstanding, value of the properties, mortgage liabilities and rental income. So being able to see all of those figures, and a total at the bottom of the screen would significantly increase the time it takes me to submit cases.

  15. When generating reports, the dates should be based on the completion date rather than the when the status was changed to completed otherwise it's completely pointless having a completion date tab. This has caused huge problems for us.

  17. Can the Smartr system be made bespoke specific to each firm. For example we do not deal with investment advice nor pension advice and we dont recommend Payment shield. Can these choices and tabs be removed from our system?

  19. Please could the self employed sections be updated to reflect what is required by lenders:
    For sole trader the only information required is net profit.
    For LTD company directors it is more complicated: We need Profit (Gross & Net), salary and dividend
    the other fields just complicate and confuse the issue. It is important to add a notes section to the self employed section (why is this missing?) for those times where something else is needed.
