Layout
From a paraplanning point of view it would be much quicker and easier if we could see the gross and net income on the front screen without having to click into the employment all the time and scroll. All that blank space underneath “add current employment” is completely wasted when it could contain necessary snapshot information.
Also, it would also make more sense for the Smartr logo on left hand side, and my name and role, to be at the bottom (I know who you are and I know who I am!) so we don’t have to keep scrolling down…

CASE ID
It would be very helpful to have the case ID on the homepages/cases so we can select the correct case rather than searching through the drop downs, especially when the clients have various properties and protection cover.

Include Additional Business Protection Types
There are two business protection cover types that we deal with that are not included on the drop down list in the benefits section: Executive Income Protection, Business Private Medical Insurance.
On the business product options there is a further option that needs to be added which is called executive income protection. It is an income protection set-up though a limited company for employees. I quote for this a lot and needed to add one the other day but had to put it down as personal income protection, but it isn’t that product.

Add option for Self-build in the additional product type field within the Mortgage information section on a case
self-build mortgage is a type of home loan designed for people who are building their own property, rather than buying an already-built home from a developer - it would be great to have this option under additional product type within Smartr365 as advisers tend to come across cases which fall under this category

Property Portfolio
On the Property portfolio screen, can you show property value, mortgage balance, monthly mortgage payments and rental income without having to go into each individual property. Also, if you can summarise the total value of the properties, total value of mortgage balances this would be extremely helpful when keying BTL mortgage applications.

Only send renewal emails on cases that are at remortgage status.
Only send renewal emails on cases that are at remortgage status. We do have remortgage cases where the clients contact us prior to the renewal email going out. If we then change the status of the case from remortgage to something else,this indicates that we are already dealing. The system should look at the case status, as well as the remortgage contact date.

Using applicant's preferred name
The fact find asks what the Applicants are knows as, yet, when automated messages are sent by the system, that name is not used. Many people choose not to use their first names so why can't the system address them by the name they prefer?

solicitor details
i updated the solicitor address a few days ago on 365. today i was doing an app. i needed to enter the solicitors address. 365 shows the name and not the address. so there was no point in updating the system a few days ago. so it would be useful that i can see the solictors address on the system.

Add Box to indicate if commitments have been marked as to be cleared on completion
COMMITMENTS
Add a box to show Y or N to indicate what has been marked to be cleared upon completion and what is to remain
As it is when there are multiple commitments you have to go in and out every time and this wastes time

See details of outgoings and commitments by hovering over it.
Can You please add ability to see details of outgoings and credit commitments by hovering mouse over or ability to read only like in the documents section, it is going to be better than opening and saving every time.
