Please could an option for Contract Workers be added to the Fact Find with a box for when the contract started and will end and also a sub heading drop down for if the client is an employed contractor or self employed contractor.

Pull existing property expense data through to client outgoings
Mortgage and Council Tax data from the "Existing Property" fields of the factfind are not being pulled through to the clients outgoings, resulting in re-keying data.

Notes details of emails that have gone out via the system need roe detail.
Emails in notes to tell us what email was sent out, not just that an email has gone.

Option to include council tax in Budget Planner
I have been working on a client with a few buy to lets and cant understand why it asks about the council tax on these cases.
The system counts this cost on the affordability but clearly this is not their expense. There should be a choice on each case whether you want it included in the budget planner.
If it is to be included like the mortgage cost in this day and age it should automatically be pulled through to show on the outgoings page

Income Types Do Not Match Halifax
Income breakdown on Smartr365 does not match that of Halifax, leading to incorrect borrowing figures.
Halifax have a lot of different categories (such as shift allowance) for income as below but Smartr does not – there is only an option for ‘Other’.
The income therefore is not treated incorrectly and the AIP gives an incorrect borrowing figure to what it should be.
I appreciate it would not be ideal for the Smartr software to have so many income categories however, if we had the option to edit the AIP before it gets submitted to the lender in their system, this…2 votes -

Buy to let remortgage applications. There is nowhere to enter the letting agents details, yet we need this information for ALL BTL remortgage applications

ALL Tab to be added
Can an ALL tab be added along the choices next to Mortgage / Protection / General Insurance etc... so that when searching a clients name, regardless of what category of business they have, the name appears as this function seems to have recently been removed?? Previously when any name was searched under the Mortgage tab, the clients business with us appeared

Fix the search bar
I have no idea what you have changed in regards to searching clients but when I now type in a client surname they are not appearing, are you aware of this issue and if you are when will it be rectified as I cannot complete cases which is very frustrating

Complaint: when I try to enter the mortgage lender in the product information screen the whole system freezes

add 'not applicable' to Constituent Country
Have an option for 'not applicable' under 'consituent country'. The reason why is because we deal with lots of expats and applicants living overseas. Therfeore if I accidently click England for example its then stuch there and I have no way of removing it, even if the applicant is living in Japan.

On Home insurances cases, on the case summary in the overview can you show if a policy is standard or accidental so we do not need to click into the edit section just to see this.

Save Estate Agents and their information as part of a dropdown selection
Save Estate Agents and their information as part of a dropdown selection - similar to the way it currently works for new solicitors that are added onto a case.
This will make it easier and save time if an input estate agent is the same on multiple different cases rather than having to key it in manually each time
