  1. Income breakdown on Smartr365 does not match that of Halifax, leading to incorrect borrowing figures.
    Halifax have a lot of different categories (such as shift allowance) for income as below but Smartr does not – there is only an option for ‘Other’.
    The income therefore is not treated incorrectly and the AIP gives an incorrect borrowing figure to what it should be.
    I appreciate it would not be ideal for the Smartr software to have so many income categories however, if we had the option to edit the AIP before it gets submitted to the lender in their system, this…

  4. When are you going to change the mortgage section so you can record different parts of the same mortgage onto one record. As you know many clients have 2,3,4 parts to their mortgage that have different loan amounts, rates, terms etc. The current system for doing this is useless.

  6. I would like to have an additional area in the case overview section to show an application number for each case. I feel this would be a great addition for when we need to get this to a lender whilst on the phone without having to go through documents or notes.

  7. Add Solicitor details to the summary page , and manage columns, this would help when we need to chase the solicitor, which means you can just call them rather than have to edit the mortgage.

  18. When in the case summary, at the moment when you click on the case arrow to bring up all cases, none of them show if they have been updated as not proceeding/abandoned. It would help if we could have a notification next to any case that is not proceeding as we have to click into them to see if they are current files.
