Add a field for property EPC Rating so that the information is held in the system and allows for easier sourcing of green products as the information will be held within the CRM

You should allow us to capture EPC ratings for properties.
This is going to be a major requirement for lenders going forward so to capture this in the property details section would be very helpful.
You could even have it look up against the address on the EPC register.

It would also be useful to add the date of expiry for the EPC.

EPC rating for property to be added in the property details as it is one of the mandatory field on the lender application form.

Recommended for inclusion by Sesame Compliance due to impending requirements around EPC ratings for BTL properties plus increasing number of green mortgages for highest EPC ratings. Will assist when sourcing to ensure customer obtains best deal
