this is vital where clients are buying in a ltd company as you cannot reflect the true situation on the case and the work around is too complicated and means inputting false data into the system (i.e. creates additional cases which cant be linked)

We are currently live testing a version of custom workflow and tasks and have received some valuable feedback through this process.
We intend to roll this out further to a limited number of firms shortlly.
Then wider for all.

this is relevant to returning Expats also as many lenders require the borrower to have been resident in the UK for a minimum period of time.

This would be a great asset. I have many clients asking me how to add info or upload documents etc especially when they have multiple cases. Being able to see the portal from their pov would help a great deal with these queries and save a lot of time and help with clients trust & understanding.
