this is vital where clients are buying in a ltd company as you cannot reflect the true situation on the case and the work around is too complicated and means inputting false data into the system (i.e. creates additional cases which cant be linked)

this is a good in principle, however "essential information" can vary between companies depending on the areas they work in and may require different information than other companies.
What would be an added benefit would be to give firms the ability to create their own from with a maximum of "x" amount of fields so it can be tailored to their requirements.

this is relevant to returning Expats also as many lenders require the borrower to have been resident in the UK for a minimum period of time.

This would be a great asset. I have many clients asking me how to add info or upload documents etc especially when they have multiple cases. Being able to see the portal from their pov would help a great deal with these queries and save a lot of time and help with clients trust & understanding.
