When sending out emails from your system, I am getting the below error message for attachments over 2MB. Please can you increase the size?

More detail for pension income
When I log pension income under other monthly income it doesn’t give me the option to add the type of pension income e.g. Aviva private, state ect. This would be a useful feature as when we stack different pensions in the other monthly income tab we have no way to decipher between different pension payments.

Broker Fee added to dashboard
Can you please include Broker Fee's in your "mortgages written" and "mortgages completed" figures on the dashboard - You have the field for broker fees, but they are effectively meaningless as they are not reported anywhere.

ONS integration with budget planner
It would be beneficial for the budget planner to integrate with ONS data, enabling it to generate estimated living costs tailored to the number of applicants and their financial dependents.

Emails sent by system to show in notes tab like they used to be.
Bring back the note to confirm what emails have been sent automatically but the system. I chased helpdesk to see where they had gone and received this back .
From speaking with my team, they mentioned that the time to remortgage emails trail may have previously appeared in the notes section but this has not been the case for several months now. Currently on the system there is nowhere where we store a trace of the time to remortgage email that gets sent out, the best (and only current) way to track this would be by checking your own email…

New cases - too easy to lose data input
Stop the way, that if you click anywhere outside the data entry screen when inputing new clients/cases you lose everything and you have to start again. It should stay open and have a next or cancel button.

Date Moved to Address *
Please can we remove the feature on the address history section where it makes you put the date they moved into their current property, this is not needed and we often find we are needing to put a random date just to be able to save their current address.

Using applicant's preferred name
The fact find asks what the Applicants are knows as, yet, when automated messages are sent by the system, that name is not used. Many people choose not to use their first names so why can't the system address them by the name they prefer?

Report query
When generating reports, the dates should be based on the completion date rather than the when the status was changed to completed otherwise it's completely pointless having a completion date tab. This has caused huge problems for us.
