We are in the design phase of this request. Currently we are looking at integrating Outlook and Gmail.

Having the ability to pull emails back into Smartr365, or have the replied emails that come from Smartr365 to go back into the system too, like a CC into Smartr365 and also their emails

Having a notification for tasks due and new leads. Amazing functions however they need a push to notify the advisors.

Kanban needs extra status before DIP to check the document store has all documents attached or extra status/swim lane in-between Meeting and before DIP.
As the advisors may have had the meeting and is waiting on the clients, however admin cannot differentiate. -

Having a type of notification for when a new lead comes through Smartr365 in the Lead pool generated from the QR codes.

If we could please add on filter dates to the files that were uploaded to the docs store, so we can see clearly what documents were uploaded last. from just looking at the documents rather than having to search in the document log.
