An error occurred while saving the comment Kelly Wicks commentedThis would be very useful if processes for workflow could be bespoke for each firm.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kelly Wicks commentedWould be really useful if the protection adviser receives a notification when a case has been referred to them by a mortgage consultant using the Refer functionality.

Where policies are submitted for a couple, whether single policies or joint i.e. Joint Life/CIC but single IPB it should be possible to view every policy without needing to adjust the case view from one applicant to another - at the moment if Mr & Mrs and Mr showing as applicant 1 you can only see joint policies or Mr policies. This could result in Mrs being missed when progressing cases/placing them on risk. Would also be hugely beneficial if Notes/Tasks for protection could be viewable no matter which 'policy' you are in at the time.
