Multiple FactFind Applicants
Just a quick request, would it be possible to update Smartr in the next release so that we can add more than two people on the fact find.
With affordability being a big issue, now more and more mortgages have three of four applicants now. Currently I must add the third and fourth applicant’s details in the notes section.128 votes -
Ask specific Commitment Questions (Credit Card, Loan etc) & tickbox for no credit outstanding
On the commitments section, so customers don't miss it, could questions be asked such as, do you have a credit card? do you have a loan? do you have care finance? If they answer yes, then the section becomes mandatory to add details?

Multiple products on a mortgage
We need the ability to have multiple products on a mortgage. 3 separate parts to the mortgage, I am going to Port and Raise.
I think that on the existing mortgage account, and for the new mortgage we should be given the option to add additional mortgage parts; this means that we could then track the different product expiry dates after and during porting applications.
We need to be able to add more than one mortgage to a single property address.

Remove the Council tax from being annual amount to monthly like all other areas in the expenditure section, this is confusing

Another product transfer to do today and depsite my best efforts in telling you all I'm doing is building up a massive list of what appears to be Remortgages where I cant tell what was done and when except for the case number! Estate Agent and Solicitor on Summary Screen
It would be useful for the solicitors and estate agent details to be added to the mortgage summary page. I currently have to scroll through the mortgage details to find this every time.

Display dependent age not years still dependent
Show age for dependents rather than number of years 'still dependent'. There is no logic for the latter when lenders only ask the former. This section is confusing at first glance when trying to submit an application

Automatically move Employment details From Existing to History on Employment change
Add a "Current Employment" and "Yes/ No" tick box and an "End Date" in the current employment section so that when a client changes employment the previous details are automatically moved to the previous Employment section.
This means that we can save time by not having to add the details to employment history and then delete from Current history and will also avoid potential to lose the data if this is done the wrong way round.

Contact phone number for Employer in the income section of the FF
When in the fact find for a client, within the income section, it asks for your current employment, then the address for the Employer, however there is no contact number of the Employer.

Pre-Filled Categories
The Fact Find should have categories already in the expenditure section so that customers when completing it online do not miss items e.g. food, gym memberships, council tax, water, gas, electricity, pet insurance etc etc. At the moment 99% of customers completing online do not fill in an accurate expenditure.

Optional Email Addresses for clients
In some cases, clients share email addresses, but joint applications require a unique email per person. This means it requires another irrelevant email, or a fake one.
It is understandable that it is needed for the client portal, but in this instance one email should be enough.

Can we have an option for unenecumbered properties. At the moment, I have to add £1 into the 'existing balance' section if I am creating a case for a new mortgage.
