Streamline the whole thing
TOO MANY QUESTIONS THAT AREN'T MANDATORY OR RELEVANT TO MANY CLIENTS. (Adverse questions could be grouped into 2-3 questions, vulnerable client questions could be hidden from view with a couple of generic questions to begin with) Mandatory questions should be highlighted throughout.

Existing Properties Limited Company
When selecting is this property owned by a limited company and the answer is yes it should ask for the company name so it is easily distinguished if the client has multiple existing properties.

Contact phone number for Employer in the income section of the FF
When in the fact find for a client, within the income section, it asks for your current employment, then the address for the Employer, however there is no contact number of the Employer.

Another product transfer to do today and depsite my best efforts in telling you all I'm doing is building up a massive list of what appears to be Remortgages where I cant tell what was done and when except for the case number! BTL FactFind
the majority of it. it really goes to town on resi-centric questions - pensions, investments, mortgage preferences - none of which is applicable and people lose patience with it. we need a quick, concise 10 min BTL friendly fact-find. it should ask for limited co or personal name/director, shareholders, applicants, address history, employment history, resident status, portfolio details. thats about it. 10 mins max. obviously keeping the docs section too. should be a series of questions rather than form filling.

Multiple products on a mortgage
We need the ability to have multiple products on a mortgage. 3 separate parts to the mortgage, I am going to Port and Raise.
I think that on the existing mortgage account, and for the new mortgage we should be given the option to add additional mortgage parts; this means that we could then track the different product expiry dates after and during porting applications.
We need to be able to add more than one mortgage to a single property address.

Add Partnership to Self Employment Type
'Partnership' be added to the 'Self Employment Type Income' as an option.
As a company we deal with Accountants quite a lot and are already receiving enquiries with Partnership Income (Not LLP).
With the tax benefits of Limited Companies being diminished with the increase of corporation tax and tax on dividends, we feel there will be more business choosing to trade this way in the future.
It would be more beneficial to key the income as a Partnership rather than a Sole Trader as it is a true reflection of how they trade and the % of partnership.
