Hi all,
We are currently making changes to the Protection experience in Smartr. This requirement has been approved and planned for later this year.

An error occurred while saving the comment Larissa Tait commentedHaving a tick box for our Credit Commitments that says the client has no outstanding credit , rather than empty. As the advisors have to check they haven't forgot to fill in , where if they had a tick box saying I ahve non they don't need to ask and helps with knowing the client has told you the correct info.

An error occurred while saving the comment Larissa Tait commentedIf we could please add on filter dates to the files that were uploaded to the docs store, so we can see clearly what documents were uploaded last. from just looking at the documents rather than having to search in the document log.

As the advisors may have had the meeting and is waiting on the clients, however admin cannot differentiate. -

When having a sharing a protection policy and then each applicant also has their own policy , there is nothing saying that the separate policy should somehow still be connected to that shared case, no matter what client i search for.
